Results will vary based on factors like age, starting weight, and adherence to your program. But on average, clients experience more energy, better mood, increased strength, and noticeable weight loss within the first 30 days!
What if I’m not good at dancing? Is this beginner-friendly? Expand
Don’t worry if you’re new to dance or fitness! The majority of workouts are beginner friendly, follow-along format and include modifications, so its great for ALL LEVELS.
There are also tutorials that break down a lot of the exercise moves so you know what’s coming. All you have to do to get started is move your body and have fun.
How long are the workouts and how often do I have to workout each week? Expand
Most of the workouts are 30 minutes [or less] and the recommended fitness calendar has 4 workouts per week. You can modify it based on your time and schedule.
What if I am unhappy with the program? Expand
In the event you decide the membership is not for you, you can cancel for free at any time in your members dashboard.
Refunds are not available for the monthly or quarterly plan.
What tools or equipment will I need? Expand
You don’t need any equipment if you’re a beginner, although you can use cans or water bottles if you’d like a little resistance.
Here is what I recommend you invest in for better results:
- A workout mat
- A pair of medium dumbbells [between 5-8 lbs] and a pair of heavy dumbbells [between 10-15 lbs to start]
- A loop resistance [booty] band
