This membership is fantastic for you if:

  • You feel stuck and are not sure what workouts to do to reach your goals.
  • You love to dance and want a fun way to jumpstart your body goals.
  • You need structure and want on-going access to workouts, coaching, community and motivation.
  • You're serious and ready to set aside excuses and do what it takes!

This membership isn't the best fit for you if:

  • You're not willing to put in the work and be consistent inside the program.
  • You're looking for another fad diet or quick fix program.
  • You're not coachable and prefer to make excuses instead of taking action.
  • You are pregnant and on bed rest, and/or recovering from a serious physical injury.
